Cancellation Policy
This 25% Retainer will go towards your overall event. You get 7hrs in the venue. This usually is broken down into (2hrs) for your setup of food, decor, bringing in your ice, unloading your car,etc. (4hrs) for your event (1hr) to breakdown your event , take the trash out and reload your vehicle. For an extra hour it is $80 If you are going to have liquor on the premises we will have to hire in a security guard on site for your event which is $150 extra. The venue has cameras, failure to tell the truth about alcohol will result in your event being shut down mid event by Hubbard Police Department. There are absolutely no Liquor Sales allowed on the premises , unless you have a non profit liquor license day pass which we have to sign with the Hubbard police department and Our Facility prior to your event. You may only bring in liquor to give away to your guest. No concealed weapons if there is liquor on the premises. There is no vaping or smoking inside the facility. You will be billed for the remaining balance via Square. Your FULL balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event. We accept Cash, Apple Pay, Cash App, Zelle and Wire Transfer. All Cancellations must be done 4 weeks in advance (28 days prior to your event). The 25% Deposit is non refundable if you cancel. If you cancel you have the option to switch to another date if within 4 weeks. If it is over 4 weeks, you lose 1/2 of your deposit and will have to pay the balance when rebooking.
